The market already automates sourcing, screening, ranking, and outreach on the employer side. Candidates deserve tooling that gives their time back and increases their surface area for opportunity.

Repetition is not merit

Copy-pasting the same work history into dozens of portals does not measure talent. Jobot focuses on removing low-signal admin so users can spend their energy on real decisions.

Control is a product feature

Jobot is designed as a user-authorized assistant. It works from the profile, rules, and permissions supplied by the candidate. It is not a recruiter, staffing agency, or employer.
